All accommodations are on the first level, physically impaired friendly, fully equipped and include all linens. We are proud of our condos and decorate them, furnish them and appoint them generously.

We are not a hotel but residential condos and we realize that you want to arrive and feel at home. You will find everything you require (except your personal items) to start living. All full size appliances including microwaves, dishwashers, as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, storage containers, bowls, mitts, dish towels, etc.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided as well as a beach towel for each guest. There is an iron and ironing board in each condo and alarm clocks. We offer Cable TV, VCR & Movies, Stereo with CD and tape player. There are extra pillows and blankets so you will be very comfortable - your comfort and enjoyment of our rental units is of the utmost importance to us.

The units all have central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The condos have full security features on all points of entry. We further offer phones for local calls.

The Hibiscus is a two bedroom unit that also has a sleeper sofa, maximum occupancy is 5 persons. The Oleander is a two bedroom unit that also provides an air mattress or cot, maximum, occupancy is 5 persons. The Allamanda is a 4 bedroom unit that also offers sleep sofas (base rate is for 6 persons), maximum occupancy is 10 persons. All units are nicely and adequately furnished.
