Deposit requirements:
50% rental deposit required to reserve dates. Deposits may be made
by cheque if received 60 days prior to check-in, or at any time by
travelers cheques, wire transfer or by Mastercard, VISA or Discover
credit cards. Balance, cleaning fee and security deposit due upon
check-in. No personal or business cheques or money orders are accepted
at check-in time but all other forms of payment (including travelers
cheques) described above are accepted. The security deposit must be
paid in form of USD travelers cheques for ease of refund.
