The Hibiscus is a cute condo which offers all you need to start relaxing. It provides a tropical decor, is fully equipped, nicely decorated and fully furnished. It has a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. It is a great vacation home for couples or for the entire family.

Freeport Bahamas Vacation Rental living room There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All utensils, cookware and dishes are provided for your convenience.

Freeport Bahamas Vacation Rental Master Bedroom

Freeport Bahamas Vacation Rental 2nd bedroom The Hibiscus master bedroom (above) has a new king furniture suite, private bath and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a new sleeper sofa in the living room for the comfort of an additional guest. There are two bathrooms in the unit. The master bathroom has recently been gutted and renovated.

So many amenities included and a 5 minute walk to most tourism activities, Port Lucaya, UNEXSO and more. A 10 minute walk to the grocery store. You are truly in the heart of Lucaya when staying in The Hibiscus.

The Hibiscus rates are:

Rates subject to 20% seasonal increase over Christmas and New Years.

*Cleaning fee is for maid service, supplies and laundry after check out and ensures each guest arrives to a clean unit. No daily maid service is included but can be arranged with advance notice and at expense of guest. Cleaning fee is non-commissionable.

These are residential rental condos and therefore you will not have to pay surcharges or taxes nightly currently as much as $24 per person at local hotels. We do require a refundable $300 security deposit.

All rates and amounts are quoted in USD or Bahamian $'s. We want a peaceful environment for our guests and therefore do not provide accommodations for spring breakers.
