The
Oleander


The
Oleander offers all the comforts of home and has ample living space
for the entire family.
It
is fully equipped and has had both bathrooms completely remodeled
into new condition including tiled walls and floors.
There
is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths.
Additionally
there is a large screened-in porch that adds more living space for
you to relax. It over looks the waterway providing scenic peace and
tranquility.


The
kitchen of The Oleander has been completely gutted and remodeled.
It also provides access to the screened in porch, letting the breeze
in but not the bugs.
It
is fully equipped with full size appliances and also has a microwave
and dishwasher. All small appliances including a blender are provided
as well as cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.
All
amenities
as listed on the accommodations page are included in the Oleander.


The
master bedroom (above) is equipped with a king size bed, private bath
and walk in closet as well as a small desk.
The
second bedroom can be made as a king or as two twins offering flexibility
in sleeping arrangements.
The
unit also offers a full size air mattress or cot for sleeping an additional
guest.

Rates
subject to 20% seasonal increase over Christmas and New Years.
*Cleaning
fee is for maid service, supplies and laundry after check out and
ensures each guest arrives to a clean unit. No daily maid service
is included but can be arranged with advance notice and at expense
of guest. Cleaning fee is non-commissionable.
These
are residential rental condos and therefore you will not have to pay
surcharges or taxes nightly currently as much as $24 per person at
local hotels. We do require a refundable $300 security deposit.
All
rates and amounts are quoted in USD or Bahamian $'s. We want a peaceful
environment for our guests and therefore do not provide accommodations
for spring breakers.
