Our grounds are nicely manicured, with sprayed finishes on our walkways and pool decking. We have mature landscaping and work very hard to keep it healthy and thriving.

Our pool is large, and the finish was applied only recently, with new tiles on same additionally. The Hibiscus and Allamanda have patio doors that open up to the pool patio area and The Oleander's screened porch leads to the pool area. Enjoy the peace and quiet our private property offers. There are only 4 owners so you are assured privacy and lack of congestion. Only a handful of guests at a time enjoy the pool and patio area. The warm Bahamas sun will help you relax and peel away the stress of your every day life.

 

You will feast your eyes upon our beautiful trees, bushes and flowers. You need not leave the property to enjoy all The Bahamas has for beauty.

We have a built in charcoal BBQ pit in the pool patio area as well as chairs, tables and lounges.

Being on the waterway lends a certain serenity to the property. There is a dock should you want to tie your boat up (signing of a waiver is required) however we do not offer marine services or security. We recommend Port Lucaya Marina should you wish to keep a boat under the security of guards and enjoy marina services.

Perhaps the Bananas will be ripe for you to enjoy while our guest!

We have a laundry facility for use of guests with coin operated washers and dryers.

In that we are not a resort or guest house, we do not offer an onsite office but do have local management so that your problems or questions can be handled immediately. We offer great condos, great faclities and great service at affordable rates that you and your entire family will love!
